Wonersh Connections

Wonersh Patient Participation Group (PPG) comprises a group of 7 volunteer patients and was set up in January 2023.

 

 

WHAT WE AIM TO DO.

• Identify issues, concerns and views of the patients of Wonersh Practice.

• Consider and communicate to patients issues raised by Wonersh Practice staff  and other organisations involved in healthcare matters.

• To assist in and improve communication between Wonersh Practice staff and patients.

• Get involved and help develop improvements in practice, advising the practice on the patient perspective and providing insight into the quality of services. 

• Network within local communities and voluntary support organisations to help inform Wonersh Practice staff and patients.

• Represent all patients, regardless of age, gender and ethnicity, and we are non-partisan in politics and non-sectarian in religion. 

• We endeavour to facilitate the smooth operation of Wonersh Practice and assist in the transition and implementation of any future improvements and changes.

The PPG holds public meetings and more informal Café meetings to engage with patients and hear their views.
